One of our flooring experts/inspectors will come to your store and present the following to your sales, installation and management teams to have an opportunity to discuss/debate and get on the same page;

– Industry Standards and Resources

– Sampling

-Testing requirements prior to installation start

– Substrate flatness

– Acclimation/indoor conditions

– Common failures

Cost is $750 per session for up to 10 attendees, add an additional $50 per each additional attendee. Please allow 2 hours. Email info@bcfca.com with your requested dates and time, DO NOT PAY for the course until a date has been approved.

For areas outside of the lower mainland, additional travel cost will be applicable and quoted prior to proceeding.

During this time, he has been a flooring contractor, manufacturer's representative and business owner. As CEO of the National Floor Covering Association (NFCA), he works with the Board of Directors to promote NFCA standards and updated flooring specifications for commercial floor covering installations. He also operates the NFCA's Quality Assurance Program - a specifiable, third party inspection review service for commercial projects, and is a certified floor inspector. Chris speaks at trade shows and conferences to educate all construction parties and promote the standards detailed in the NFCA Floor Covering Reference Manual.
